As far as we are concerned, this is just the beginning, and I want to thank the company's employees and management for the road that we've taken together. We will continue working hard for the benefit of the company's shareholders".
Hani Shitrit Bach, TASE Senior Vice President, Head of Listing & Economics Department: "Overseas is the third stock company to have joined TASE this year. The group engages in providing logistical services, from port to shelf. Now, the company's controlling shareholders have completed an offer for sale of approximately 46% of company shares in exchange for approximately NIS 182 million, based on a company worth of NIS 401 million.
In the institutional stage of the offer for sale, Overseas shares were in high demand, to tune of NIS 355 million, some two and a half times the supply.
Company shares will begin to be traded on the Fast Track of the TA-MidCap on January 8, 2017.
The FIMI Opportunity Funds sees the great advantages of turning mature companies into publically traded companies and thus increasing their value. The Fund currently has holdings in 12 companies traded on TASE.
