Removel of IDB Development shares from the Stock Exchange indices |

This it to inform you that, in consequence of the completion of the full self purchase offer for the shares of IDB Development Ltd (hereafter “IDB Development"), the share of IDB Development (ISIN No. IL0007980175) will be removed from the TA-75 index, TA-100 index and Tel-Div 20 index on Tuesday, March 3, 2009.
No other share will be added to the indices in place of the removed share.
