The Index adjusted free float rate is updated simultaneously with the IANS updates. Every time the IANS is updated, so is the Index adjusted free float rate.

If IANS is not updated, then the Index adjusted free float rate is not updated either, even if it has changed, according to an announcement to the exchange.
