The capital data of the Company in the Stock Exchange records are updated in accordance with the information given to the Stock Exchange by the Company when it applies to the Stock Exchange for approval to list for trading on the Stock Exchange new securities that are issued by it and offered to the public or through a private placement, and also information given to the Stock Exchange by the Company concerning the exercise of its convertible securities.
