Companies are required to publish a prospectus containing extensive information about the company, the offering, and the terms of its listed securities prior to making a public offering. The prospectuses are published in their entirety on the MAYA website.
You can search for prospectuses published by the traded companies since 2004.
You can find the prospectuses by selecting MAYA & Disclosures > Disclosures > and filtering the events included in the group of events "Prospectuses, Capital Raising, Listings” on the right side of the screen.
You can filter prospectuses according to a group of companies, a specific company, or different dates, by using the filter options on the right side of the screen.
